Do You Have Access?
First, make sure you actually have the Welcome Pack available. It comes with certain editions of the game:

• Deluxe Edition, Premium Edition, or Premium Add-ons Bundle – Already includes the Welcome Pack. Perfect for Xbox Game Pass players.
• Standard Edition – You’ll need to buy the Welcome Pack separately from the Xbox Store or Steam.

PS5 players will need to wait for the version to launch later in 2026, but the process is the same once it’s available.
Steps to Redeem Your Welcome Pack
1. Complete the Intro Race
Before you can claim the pack, you must finish the Tokyo City introductory race. This unlocks access to the Festival menus and Autoshow.
2. Head to the Autoshow
Go to any Horizon Festival site or your Player House and open the Autoshow menu. This is where all your car and pack options are found.
3. Claim Your Cars
Look for the Car Packs section or filter cars by price. The five Welcome Pack cars will appear at 0 CR. Select each one to instantly add it to your garage.
4. Use Your Car Voucher
You also get a one-time Car Voucher to claim any car in the Autoshow for free. Tip: save it for a high-value legend like the Ferrari FXX-K Evo to get the most bang for your voucher.
5. Don’t Forget Bonuses
The Welcome Pack also includes:

• Player House – Free, fully unlocked.

• Complete the intro race first—nothing in the pack will be accessible before that.
